Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Rules for damaged deliveries, manufacturing defects, replacement requests, refund handling, cancellation timing, and return shipping instructions.

This policy explains when returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations may be accepted for heavy-duty agricultural machinery and tools.

Important Notice

Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged in transit or have a manufacturing defect out of the box. Returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse, wrong model ordered by mistake, product misuse, or damage after delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

  • The product was damaged during shipping or arrived with a physical manufacturing defect.
  • You notify KisanValley within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unfueled, unaltered, and kept with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts.
  • You provide the order ID, proof of purchase, and clear photos or video of the product and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Damage caused by improper assembly, mishandling, unsafe operation, or failure to follow the manual.
  • Used, fueled, installed, modified, repaired, or altered products.
  • Claims made after 48 hours from delivery.
  • Orders placed for the wrong product, incorrect model, or changed preference.

3. How to Raise a Return or Replacement Request

  1. Take clear photos and a short video of the product, damaged area, label, and outer packaging.
  2. Email kisanvalleyservices@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order ID, contact number, delivery address, proof of purchase, and damage details.
  4. KisanValley will review the claim and respond with the next step, which may include repair guidance, replacement parts, product replacement, return pickup instructions, or refund approval.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method where possible. Refund timelines depend on the payment provider or bank and usually take 5-7 business days after approval and, where applicable, receipt or inspection of the returned item.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation requests can be made before dispatch by contacting support with the order ID. Once an order has been dispatched or handed to the delivery partner, cancellation may not be possible. If online payment was already completed and cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed according to the refund process above.

6. Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to verified transit damage or manufacturing defect, KisanValley will provide return instructions. Customers should not send products back without written confirmation from support.
