Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed after payment confirmation or cash-on-delivery verification. Dispatch timing may vary by product availability, location, payment status, and delivery partner pickup schedules. For heavy machinery, support may contact you before dispatch to confirm delivery details.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated or confirmed during checkout, order review, or support coordination. Large or heavy products may require special freight handling and may have additional delivery charges.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are shared during order processing or by support where available. Timelines may change because of distance, courier capacity, holidays, weather, local transport conditions, or product handling requirements.
Receiving the Delivery
Please inspect the package before accepting delivery where possible. If the package appears damaged, take clear photos or video of the outer packaging and product. Keep all packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice/order details until the issue is resolved.
Damaged or Missing Items
Report damaged, defective, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing kisanvalleyservices@gmail.com with your order ID, phone number, photos or video, and a description of the issue. Claims are handled under the Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
